• Vegetables: To retard nutrient loss during preparation, add 1/2 tsp. of Vitamin C crystals to cooking water or sprinkle on vegetables before steaming

• Meats: To enhance flavor and reduce oxidative free radicals, sprinkle Vitamin C crystals prior to grilling

Internal Use: Take as a dietary supplement. Add to each glass of drinking water or fruit juices. Can also be used to enhance flavor and nutrients in fresh fruits, vegetables and meats.
